Family Midwifery Care of Guelph is grateful to the community for donating gently used clothing to its recent donation drive.

The local organization had been accepting donations of clean, gently used maternity clothes, breastfeeding bras and infant/children’s clothing for a donation drive that will benefit a maternity centre in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut.

While originally planned to accept donations until July 25, the donation drive is now closed.

“Family Midwifery Care of Guelph is incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Guelph community for the amazing number of donations we have received,” Jenny Knoll shared in an email to the Guelph Mercury Tribune on July 21. “We are at our capacity for storage and shipping space and are closing the donation drive at this time. Keep an eye on our social media for future donation opportunities. Thank you Guelph!”
