The Thanksgiving long weekend is here and here is a look at much of what is open and closed in Guelph on Monday, Oct. 10.

But first, the weather: Environment Canada is calling for a mix of sun and cloud on Monday, a day of turkey gobbling for many, with a high of 14 C.

Note that there is no waste collection on Oct. 10 in Guelph — roll those carts to the curb a day later this week.

NO BEER HERE

All Beer Store locations are closed on Monday, so get your suds by Sunday evening. Also, LCBO locations are closed on Oct. 10.

Over at Sleeman, the brewery’s Sleeman Retail Store and Taproom will be closed for a week while the parking lot is being resurfaced. Details here.
