There’s something strange in this Guelph neighborhood.
Speed limit signs have gone up on Borden Street, approaching College Avenue West, indicating both the end and beginning of a 40 km/h zone.
On the other side of the poles, the same thing appears, both the ending and beginning of a 40 km/h zone.
Steve Anderson, the acting general manager for engineering and transportation services with the city, told GuelphToday Friday morning the signs were installed backwards and the contractor is addressing the matter as soon as possible.
