The Grand River Agricultural Society is hosting a virtual Earth Day Contest open to elementary students at three different levels; Primary (Grades 1-3), Junior (Grades 4-6), and Intermediate (Grades 7-8).

Categories:
1) Create an art project made out of recycled materials. (Submit photo/video of student with their project.)
2) Make a poster celebrating Earth Day. (Submit photo/video of student with their project.)
3) Write a story about how your community can do their part to “Restore Our Earth”. A community can mean your school community or the community that you live in. Maximum of 2 pages. (Submit typed/written story.)
4) Class Entry (Open to all Elementary school grades): Create a mural celebrating Earth Day. (Submit photo/video of mural, include class in the video/picture.)
Categories 1-3:
1st place: $25 + prizes
2nd place: $20 + prizes
3rd place: $15 + prizes
Category 4:
Two winning classes will receive $100 + class prizes
