‘Funbrellas’ a part of Guelph fundraising sale this weekend
Guelph artist Perry McEwen will be introducing her new line of colourful “funbrellas” at the Tailgate Sale Community Event, hosted by the Kinette Club of Guelph, this weekend.
The event will take place on Saturday, June 11, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Centennial CVI parking lot, 289 College Ave. W. in Guelph.
All proceeds will go to the Guelph Kinettes to benefit local seniors and the Guelph community, says a news release.
There will be something for everyone — hidden treasures, one-of-a-kind handmade goods, crafts and much more, says the release. Food trucks will also be on site.
The Kinette Club of Guelph is an all-women’s service club under Kin Canada. The Guelph Kinettes have been serving the Guelph communities for the past 25 years, says their Facebook page.
