Firefighters Get Deal with On In a single day Brush Fireplace In Irwindale – CBS Guelph

IRWINDALE (CBSLA) – Fire Sunday managed to get a grip on a bush fire that broke out overnight in Irwindale.

Shortly after 3 a.m. on Sunday, firefighters at the 15,700 block of E. Foothill Boulevard near the Lario San Gabriel River Trail received a bushfire call.

When they arrived, additional crews were called in addition to a helicopter. However, since the firefighters reacted very quickly, they managed to contain the fire quickly.

Tents for a homeless community appeared near the fire. The neighbors say that there is actually a very large homeless camp on the river bed.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this point.
